PURCHASE CONDITIONS

  1. IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I BUY ONLINE?

    Currently our online store is available throughout Spain, including Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

  2. PAYMENT METHODS
    Payment by credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, 4B, Maestro or Visa Electron.

    Card data is managed directly by the bank, guaranteeing users proper and confidential management of their data.

    Payment with PayPal

    It is one of the safest and fastest methods to make your purchases online. As soon as we receive notification of payment, we will begin processing your order.

    Payment by transfer

    You can make a transfer through your bank indicating the order number, your name and surname. The items in the order pending bank transfer will only be reserved for up to 7 calendar days from the order being placed. Once this period has passed, we will proceed to cancel the order, and if you want the items you will have to place the order again. The order will not be accepted with the bank receipt of payment, it will only be accepted when the payment appears in our bank account.

    Cash on delivery

    You can pay the amount of your order at the time of delivery without any extra charge. This payment method is only available for shipments to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
  3. SHIPMENT
    Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Therefore, the provider assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.
    For Peninsular shipments We will deliver your order to the address provided in a Delivery time from 24 hours to 4 working days .

    Delivery times for the Balearic Islands are between 7 and 10 working days .

    There will be no orders being shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

    Shipping costs are: €6 for shipments to the peninsula and €9.5 for the Balearic Islands.
  4. CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL AN ORDER?

    Yes, you can modify/cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. If you would like to modify/cancel it once it has been processed, you must contact us through our customer service department: info@mercedesdemiguel.com , tel. +34 638 450 351 .

  5. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS OFFERED IN OUR ONLINE STORE

    All orders are subject to item availability. If there are any issues with the supply of the item, or if the product is not available, you will be informed as soon as possible, at which time you may modify or cancel the order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.- HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

The user has a period of 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order for the return of an item. The garments must be labelled and in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, with their internal and external labels, without alterations) and with their corresponding purchase note and original packaging. Returns can be requested through the online store.

To process the exchange or return online, the user must access their order history and follow the process:

1.- Access the order history within the user profile on mercedesdemiguel.com.

2.- Click on the details to see the products and request a return of the item you want.

3.- Please select the products you wish to return, the quantity and detail the reason for the return or exchange request.

4.- Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive a link to arrange for the package to be collected by our courier service. We will not accept returns for which the return request has not been previously accepted.

5.- Once we receive and verify the condition of the package, we will refund the amount of the returned items using the same method used for payment, within a maximum period of 14 days.

In the case of an exchange and after checking the stock in the size, we will proceed to make the new shipment.

In the event that the return is accepted, mercedesdemiguel.com will be responsible for the return costs. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for the shipping of your order be refunded.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, mercedesdemiguel.com will cover the costs of the return and new shipment.

2.- HOW CAN I EXCHANGE THE SIZE?

To process the exchange of an item, the user must follow the same steps and conditions as for making an online return request but indicating that they want a change of size or item.

Mercedesdemiguel.com will cover the return and new shipping costs.
