PURCHASE CONDITIONS

  1. IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN YOU SHOP ONLINE?

    Currently our online store is available throughout Spain, including Ceuta Melilla and the Canary Islands.

  2. PAYMENT METHODS

  3. SHIPMENT
    Delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the user.   4. CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL AN ORDER?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1.- HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

The user has a period of 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order for the return of an item. The garments must be labeled and in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, with their interior and exterior labels, without alterations) and with their corresponding purchase receipt and original packaging. Returns can be requested through the online store.

To process the exchange or return online, the user must access their order history and follow the process:

2.- Click on the details to see the products and be able to request the return of the item you want.

3.- Select the products you wish to return, the quantity and detail the reason for the return or exchange request, please.

4.- Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a link to manage the collection of the package with our courier service. We will not accept returns whose return request has not been previously accepted.

5.- Once we receive and check the status of the package, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned items by the same method by which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 14 days.

If it is an exchange and after checking the stock in the size, we will proceed to make the new shipment.

If the return is accepted, mercedondemiguel.com will bear the return costs. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for shipping your order be refunded.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, mercedondemiguel.com will bear the costs of the return and new shipping.

2.- HOW CAN I MAKE A SIZE CHANGE?
